At present we have a duplex on the Island of Middle Caicos, the largest
& yet least developed and certainly the most beautiful of the Turks &
Caicos Islands. This may be the last year to see Paradise the way it was as we

recently added Jon Boat with Battery Powered Trolling Motor to allow access to

A 20' Boat is necessary to venture offshore beyond the reef in search of
Marlin, Tuna, Dolphin, Wahoo and other blue water species, to accommodate a
larger party or to go offshore in greater comfort & safety. The boats will
be anchored directly in front of your villa. A new law in the Islands makes it
mandatory to have a native guide present when sport fishing only, this to insure
your safety.
