At present we have two duplexes on the Island of Middle Caicos, the largest
& yet least developed and certainly the most beautiful of the Turks &
Caicos Islands. This may be the last year to see Paradise the way it was as this
year we received ten miles of blacktop roads, push button phones and cable TV.
as well as an extended and repaved airport runway.
Our " Shangri-La " sleeps six and boasts a full
size kitchen with electric and micro wave ovens as well as charcoal &
electric grills. Each bedroom has queen size beds and sliding glass doors which
open to the rear deck and full view of the ocean which is a mere 200 feet away.
A tropical garden and Tiki hut with lounge furniture await the vacationer as
well as rental cars, mopeds and center consul boats with motors. The unit is
ideal for families with children. The newly screened Verandah will only add to
your enjoyment allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and tropical breezes, the
sounds of the Ocean and the native birds.

The most precious of our offerings is " Paradise
Villa " , another duplex of which we only rent one side. The other being
held in reserve for our own personal vacation use. This assures you of the
privacy you so richly deserve on the vacation you have waited for all year. "
Paradise Villa " Is located just 60' , that's right just 60' from the oceans
high water mark. The view of the offshore reef and nearby Pelican Cay is
magnificent. The constant 8 to 10 knot offshore breezes with its gentle caresses
and soft sounds of tidal action will sing you to sleep and awaken you to a most
breathtaking view which will make you glad you are alive and privileged to enjoy
this paradise long before it evolves into a well known tourism destination. The
newly screened and tiled verandah and lounge
furniture will surely add to re-charging your batteries for yet another year of
sweat & toil. A combination Propane and Charcoal
Grill has been installed on the beach to allow you to cook your catch
while its fresh ...You owe this to yourselves.

" Crosswinds "
is a delightful 2 story single villa set back on a semi-beachfront lot just 700
feet from the beach with beach access close by. The unit is a 2 b/r 2/bath with
a large deck overlooking the ocean. Crosswinds was very aptly named as the
breezes coming of the oceans provide you with a real sense of the tropics,
cooling breezes, excellent views ....
Kick back and enjoy what few people in the world have been privileged to see
and enjoy. Please note that the annual migration of Humpback whales occurs from
December to April. Lobster season runs from August 1st thru the 31st of March.

Cook & Maid service are available in all locations for the nominal fee
of $35.00 per day. Our Island resort has been featured in two one hour Canadian
Sport fishing Broadcast Co. TV. specials and copies are available upon request.
Those of you deciding to purchase a building lot or villa will be credited with
half your rental fee towards your purchase deposit. A Fifteen dollar sport
fishing license is required for all sport fisherman taking fish or lobsters from
our waters WE HAVE LOTS OF LOBSTERS, BIG LOBSTERS. Or just take the family
out to Mudjin Harbor for a breathtaking day at the beach.

Although ours is primarily a family/lovers resort, We happen to have some of
the best fishing & diving in the hemisphere. We now have a compressor &
rental tanks on site. Air fares and transfers to Middle Caicos ($30-35.00 per
person as well as boat fuel & oil are your responsibility. Please call for
daily or weekly rates on boats & cars, guides, motor scooters and autos as
well as cooks and maid service or simply call up Middle Caicos Tours for an
exciting array of adventures. Three tour packages available to ensure the
vacation of a lifetime.
A 21' Boat is necessary to venture offshore beyond the reef in search of
Marlin, Tuna, Dolphin, Wahoo and other blue water species, to accommodate a
larger party or to go offshore in greater comfort & safety. The boats will
be anchored directly in front of your villa. A new law in the Islands makes it
mandatory to have a native guide present when sportfishing only, this to insure
your safety.
