Bulgari Hotels purchases majority of Joe Grant's Cay for $340 Million, Government signs contracts and approvals to begin construction on an Exclusive luxury boutique resort and golf club to break ground in early 2009. This is only a few hundred yards from Eagle Land Developments properties. Land values are expected to sky rocket accordingly, when the first spade of earth is turned.

Aniyana Resort, also is to break ground in early 2009 on an impressive boutique golf and spa resort bordering Eagle Land Developments properties on the North East coast of Middle Caicos.

In addition, the Government has signed contracts to build a deep-water port in North Caicos. Construction on the deep-water port has commenced and is already 90% accomplished. Resurfacing of the main blacktop roads has also been completed in 2008.

65 Million Dollars was approved and the funds have been invested in these projects which link the major population and tourist center of Provo to the biggest and the best of the Turks & Caicos Islands, opening up one of the largest tropical paradise's in our hemisphere. You can now drive over black top roads from the Port in North Caicos back to your home site on Middle Caicos.

Carnival Cruise lines has built a Cruise ship terminal and they have dredged a 35 foot depth channel out of the ocean in an unprecedented 3-4 weeks and deposited 35 acres of fill eight feet deep on the south end of the island where its headquarters and facility  will be. A remarkable sight to say the least. Jimmy Buffet's Margeritaville is already finished and the first Cruise Ship has landed depositing 1800 anxious cruise ship aficionados wishing to be the first to explore this new destination hidden amongst the pearls of the Caribbean.
