Although ours is primarily a family/lovers resort, We happen to have some of the best fishing & diving in the hemisphere. We now have a compressor & rental tanks on site. Air fares and or Ferry transfers to Middle Caicos ($50.00 per person ( Round Trip ) as well as boat fuel & oil are your responsibility. A 21' Boat is necessary to venture offshore beyond the reef in search of Marlin, Tuna, Dolphin, Wahoo and other blue water species, to accommodate a larger party or to go offshore in greater comfort & safety. The boats will be anchored directly in front of your villa. A new law in the Islands makes it mandatory to have a native guide present when sport fishing only, this to insure your safety.
