To All Investors and Dreamers, such as I:

I am pleased to advise that the Deep Water Port in North Caicos is just a month or so away from completion and probably just 60-90 days away from finishing the North Caicos Airport Expansion as well. Although I cannot confirm at the moment, it is said that the runway will be extended to 6,000 feet in the near future. This will definitely allow the airport to be designated as an international airport and allow commercial jets to arrive and depart from North Caicos.

I will delve into the matter the next time to see what the T & C Government has in mind for us…

Even more excited because we ( Middle Caicos ) are in the process of getting our promised blacktop roads which just passed our section 40203 from Lorimers to Bambarra and heading rapidly towards Conch Bar. As you can see below, we had to hurry in order to get the Conduit beneath the road prior to the blacktop being installed.

They will surely finish Middle Caicos by months end... How beautifully exciting... I drove on the first six miles this past week....

I shudder when I think what it would have cost to repair their brand new road had we not succeeded. The Trencher surely paid for itself in just that one incident….

At long last we have received our titles to section 40201 and have started the road construction and underground electrical installation to the site.

This site boasts a quick rise in elevation thus offering some awesome Ocean Views… Surely no wonder why we sold 5 of the first ten lots in less than a month after receiving planning permission…..

 We ordered our first shipment of 7000 feet of 3” electrical Conduit this past week which is supposed to be delivered to the islands within the next ten days or so.

Approximately 90% of you have signed on for the Underground Electrical Conduit Installation Program.  I am deeply appreciative to the response and dedication you have shown to make our investments that much more valuable and esthetically beautiful. The fact that you saved some

$3-$5K per lot while adding to the beauty and value should also make you very happy.

We sold lot #s 40202/100, 40202/41, 40201/81, 40201/82, 40201/93 & 40201/94 this past two weeks and already had commitments on 79, 87 & 88.

We now have our very own resident Dolphin and my daughter Greter and I had a chance to swim with him/her Friday... Exciting to say the least...  We are going to start a naming contest with all of our prospective and current clients to regenerate interest in our island….

We ordered our first shipment of 7000 feet of 3” electrical Conduit this past week which is supposed to be delivered to the islands within the next ten days or so.

Our first 20’ x 80’ steel building has arrived and will be constructed as soon as we have planning permission… We have applied for planning permission to build a 4 unit two story Townhouse on parcel 40203/132 along with 16 block storage units and the 20 x 80 Steel Building.

Our Dump Trailer arrived last week and will be cleared from customs on the 14^th of this month and transferred over to Middle Caicos by our resident manager, Mr. George Gibbs who is doing a fabulous job of keeping up with our shipments and growth….

In addition to the above, we have just purchased a 2002 Ford Expedition and a 7 passenger Chevy Van to carry people in and of course to allow us to deliver boats on trailers to the various boat ramps to be constructed in the near future both at Gambol Point and at Half-A-Creek Marina which is just a half mile from our Osprey Beach Subdivision….

Opportunity presented itself once again locally and the other day we added a 12’ x 6’ Motor Cycle Trailer to the fleet which will be used for transport of product from North Caicos and for rental to people such as yourselves to store valuable construction materials and tools during time of construction….

Another new toy arrived this past week and is pictured below… It is a 20 foot Striper that has been added to our boat livery to assure us that when people such as yourselves arrive for a vacation or sightseeing trip, you are not landlocked and will have opportunity to see the most spectacular of what Middle Caicos has to offer above and below water.

The addition of the Striper makes it four boats on site, adding to the 20’ Grady White, 20’ AquaSport and the 18’ Pro-Sport Flats boat. Another is enroute ( A 16’ Scout Flats boat ) and another ( 21’ Kencraft )  is awaiting repairs before being placed back in service.

We have some awesome aerial photo’s we will share with you as soon as we retrieve them from the laptop which we managed to forget in MC in our haste to catch the North Caicos Ferry.

 I did manage to retrieve this one showing the settlement of Conch Bar and the new roads leading to the town of Bambarra and Bambarra Beach.

As you can see by the notations above, Lot Sales have been brisk to say the least and we are extremely pleased to announce that it appears we have sold an additional 3 or 4 lots in both sections 40201 & 40303….

Inquiries have remained surprisingly strong in light of the current worldwide economy….

These past two weeks have brought us much news and there is yet more to follow.

We will be back on touch shortly with more of these exciting events such as Four Seasons negotiating with the T & C Government to become the first major resort hotel on Middle Caicos, news on the Bvlgari Purchase of Joe Grants Cay and the construction of a 5 star resort complex… ( Joe Grants Cay is just 100 yards off Middle Caicos and will be joined by a land bridge-mini causeway )
